No two Grids need to reach the same answer. Each can develop in its own direction while remaining connected to the same network.

As residents build around the charter, the settlement develops a culture that could not have been designed in advance. Traditions emerge through use.

Local institutions grow from the priorities of the people living there. What began as a proposal gradually becomes a place with its own memory.

The current planning estimate places a typical Grid at roughly 2. 5 kilometres across. This is a working reference rather than a fixed limit.

It keeps daily life within a practical distance while leaving enough room for the community to feel complete.
