The Reward Bank gives contribution a visible path through the network. Its digital side lives on the GRIDS Platform, where residents publish an offer and follow the exchange. Its physical side appears as Reward Bank points inside Hubs and Grids, giving pledged items somewhere secure to wait until they are collected or sent onward.

A resident can place a good into the system or offer work they are prepared to perform. Once published, the offer receives a GridiaPoints price and a clear fulfilment route. Another resident can inspect the record before acquiring it, then choose collection or delivery without relying on a private arrangement.

When the exchange is completed, the contributor receives GridiaPoints. Reviewed work within a recognised field can also strengthen their GridiaCredits. The transaction therefore produces spendable value while adding evidence to the contributor's wider record.

GridiaPoints and GridiaCredits remain separate because they describe two forms of value. GridiaPoints record what was exchanged. GridiaCredits show what the resident has proved they can do. A successful transaction can generate both, but money cannot purchase the standing earned through reliable work.

The full route remains visible from the beginning. A resident can inspect the offer and understand its cost. They can also see how it will reach them. Once fulfilment is complete, their review joins the same transaction record and becomes part of the contributor's history.

The Reward Bank creates a cycle that residents can feel in ordinary life. One person places useful value into the network, and another draws value from it. The contributor receives GridiaPoints in return and can strengthen their GridiaCredits through the quality of the work. Those rewards then give them access to something another resident has contributed. Every Hub and Grid supports this cycle through its Reward Bank point, allowing the network to keep feeding itself through shared effort.
